Which Sport Suits me Best

Almost all have a blue moon play a sport which at first seemed very nice, but then started making a little boring.It is not always easy to find the sport which is most suitable for you and that’s especially true if you’re not the most athletic type. How do you find a sport that suits you best?

What type of person are you?

It may sound crazy, but not every person is equally suitable in any sport. Consider carefully what kind of players you are in everyday life, at work or school and apply it to your choice.
Are you a team player or more focused on yourself?
Some people prefer to work in a team and will work better and more efficiently, but others prefer to work independently on projects. Depending on which category you belong to, you better choose a team sports such as football, hockey, or water polo, or an individual sport like running, Javelin or athletics.
Are you a go-getter or you need people that motivates you?

  • Sky Sports: parachuting, hang-gliding and paragliding are individual thinkers who keeps his mind focused. For this exercise is not necessarily permit, but endurance, concentration and insight.
  • Motor racing: Motocross, karting and Formula 1 are suitable for people who make individual choices and are doers. They can also motivate themselves well, they love any risk and have good concentration.
