Training for Men and Women, Are a Myth?

Environment to exercise there are many false myths and many beliefs that in the majority of cases are not certain, as are almost always built on tradition and Word of mouth. This is what happens with the distinctions established between men and women. Always exercises suitable for women and others have been established only for men. This belief must banish it, and we are going to show some arguments to make clear the reasons why there is to differentiate between men and women in training.

It is true that women are genetically less muscle mass than men, but this does not mean that they can not develop your muscles, toning them and improve the State of the same. Based on this principle we will consider that women can perform any activity in the gym and that never stops must be set as usual, like men they can perform other activities that are normally catalogued of female.

Currently all the gyms are equipped with devices and adaptive machines. In fact in a myriad of occasions we have seen that machines are adapted perfectly to the morphology of each person. For this reason both women and men can perform any kind of training in these machines. It is true that in the majority of cases the muscle mass of the women will not respond in the same way as men in regards to loads, but why there are countless loads in the gym, so many that they can adapt to the needs and requirements of each person. It is necessary to keep muscles well toned make workouts with loads, both men and women, therefore they may perform the same routines than any man, and the same exercises.

Another widespread belief is that group activities like step, aerobics and even the pump body is something intended for women. This belief is completely established, since These activities represent a good aerobic exercise, while we tonificamos body, so it is recommended for all those who want to keep your body in perfect condition working respiratory and circulatory apparatus while we burn calories in the funniest way possible.
