Information stands (open daily between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.) are located in Terminal 1 on Level 2, at the west end of the Esplanade and on Level 1 between the northern and southern baggage claim areas. In Terminal 2 the information stands are located on level 1 at the baggage claim area and in the rotunda of the satellite hall of Gate D. The Airport Travel Service makes hotel, flight and rental car bookings and offers travel insurance (Tel: (702) 261 58 89) . White free telephones are also available for passengers to receive information outside of business hours. Volunteers provide information about baggage claim in Terminal 1.

Directions:
Coming from Tropicana, drive south on Paradise Road, then follow the signs to Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2 or Rent-A-Car Road.
Coming from Interstate 215 South, take the Sunset / McCarran Airport Offramp, drive through the tunnel and follow the signs to the Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2 or Rent-A-Car Road.
Coming from Russell Road, drive west on Russell Road past Kelly Lane and follow the signs to Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2 or Rent-A-Car Road. To get to Departures, Terminal 2 or Rent-A-Car Road, turn right before the overpass.
To get to the Arrivals or Parking, follow the signs under the overpass, turn right and stay on the left lane.
Transfer between the terminals:
A free shuttle bus service runs between the terminals every 12-15 minutes.
An automatic people mover system transports passengers free of charge from Terminal 1 to departure halls C and D, which are located remotely. The trains also connect Terminal 3 to Departure Hall D.

Bus : The RTC bus lines (Tel: +1 702 228 7433 / + 1 702 228 4800; Internet: www.rtcsnv.com) 108 and 109 run from Terminal 1 to the center of Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip (travel time: 35 Min.). The RTC Paratransit Service offers a door-to-door service for people with disabilities. The service must be booked in advance (Tel: (702) 676 1500; Internet: www.rtcsnv.com/transit/paratransit) .
Shuttle : There are numerous shuttle and limousine services at the airport. This includes the provider Tri State Shuttle (Tel: (702) 289 42 28; Internet: tristateairportshuttle.com) with destinations in Laughlin, Bullhead City and Kingman. The buses leave on the north and west sides of the baggage claim area in front of exits 8-14. A list of all providers can be found on the airport’s website.
Taxi : Taxis are located east of the baggage claim area in front of exits 1-4. A taxi ride to the Las Vegas Strip takes approximately 10 minutes and costs approximately US $ 15. A trip to the center takes around 25 minutes and costs around US $ 20-25.

Banks, ATMs and exchange offices are spread across the entire airport.

There is a post office in Terminal 1 and a mailbox in Terminal 3. Both terminals have free wireless internet access. Internet kiosks are available in both terminals.
Gastronomy:
Numerous restaurants, cafés and snack bars open all day are available in both terminals.
Shopping:
Shops are available in all terminals. There are toy and candy stores, gift shops, clothing stores, bookstores, newsagents and jewelers. The duty-free shops are located in Terminal 3.
Luggage:
Luggage lockers are available in both terminals. A lost and found office (Tel: (702) 261 51 34) is located in Terminal 1.
Other facilities:
There is a shoe shine service and 24-hour flower vending machines in the rotunda of the main terminal building and at Pier C. A first aid clinic, an ambulance, a fitness center, more than 1200 slot machines and a children’s play area are available.

The staff at the information stands take on translation work. There are VIP lounges in both terminals. Both terminals have free wireless internet access.
Extensive conference facilities are available in the numerous hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
Accessibility facilities:
Toilets for the disabled are spread all over the airport. TDD text phones for the hearing impaired (tel: (702) 261 31 11) are available in both terminals. Wheelchairs are available on request (tel: +1 702 261 6376); Passengers should allow around 15 minutes for the wheelchairs to be made available.
Parking spaces:
Parking spaces for short-term and long-term parking, reserved rental parking spaces and savings parking options for frequent flyers are available. There is a small parking lot at Terminal 2, parking fees are paid in advance. A free shuttle bus service to the remote parking lots is available during peak travel times.
Short-term parking is available in the multi-storey car park on levels 1 and 2M. Parking fees are paid in advance at the machine.
Long-term parking spaces are located in the multi-storey car park on levels 1M, 2M, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The parking fees are paid when you drive out with the credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover Card.
The parking lots are monitored around the clock by parking attendants on bicycles.
